All registration orders must be placed online through this website. If assistance is needed, you can contact us via email/phone as stated here.
Payments can be made through online banking via our designated payment processors (e.g. iPay88, Paypal). Unless otherwise stated, goods & services tax - GST (6%) is included in the price.
Refunds for registrations can be made up to 1 week after the event has elapsed. We will strive to refund the full amount, however for cases where products/items (e.g. bibs, medals) were specifically customized for you, the costs for such customizations will be deducted from the full amount (i.e. non-recoverable expense).
Delivery and Returns
As we are a fully online registration website, we do not ship any products/items to customers. In the event such a shipment does happen, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of products/items. Shipping costs will be stated clearly in each registration page (if shipment is required for the registration).
For cases of returns, please contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before making any shipment.
